Support for teens — and the families around them.

When a teen is struggling, families often feel caught between fear and uncertainty. You don't need all the answers to reach out — you just need a place to start.

When to reach out

Signs it may be time for support

Every family is different, but these are common signals that professional support could help:

  • Substance use that is increasing or escalating.
  • Mental health symptoms interfering with school or daily life.
  • Family conflict that keeps escalating.
  • Any concern about safety.

You don't need to wait for a major crisis to ask for help.

What we provide

Outpatient care built around the family

Our adolescent services are outpatient and family-centered. When a higher level of care is the right fit, we help coordinate a warm referral.

Counseling

Individual, group, and family counseling tailored to adolescents and their developmental needs.

Family work

Teen treatment works best when families are guided, not blamed. We involve caregivers as partners in recovery.

Coordinated referral

If residential or a higher level of care is clinically indicated, we help connect your family to the right partner.
