Programs & services

Clear pathways for treatment and support.

Our services are grouped into understandable pathways so clients, families, and referral partners can quickly see how we can help.

Mental & behavioral health

Support for depression, anxiety, trauma, PTSD, mood-related concerns, and other behavioral health needs through individualized planning and counseling.

Substance use treatment

Substance use assessments, outpatient treatment, coordinated planning, and recovery-oriented support aligned with current behavioral health operations.

Co-occurring care

Integrated treatment for people managing mental health and substance use challenges at the same time — addressed together for better outcomes.

Intensive outpatient & groups

Group-based and intensive outpatient pathways in plain language so you understand level-of-care options and what to expect.

Court & community pathways

Drug court, forensic, and partner-connected service lines presented professionally for agencies and justice-connected referrals.

Specialty classes & counseling

Anger management, domestic violence, impulse control, education classes, family work, and related specialty offerings.

ASAM levels of care

Treatment intensity should match your needs

Care shouldn't be one-size-fits-all. Your assessment determines where you start, and you can step up or step down as your situation changes. We deliver the outpatient levels below and coordinate a warm referral for higher levels of care.

4Aligned with the ASAM Criteria, 4th Edition
Offered · ASAM 1

Outpatient

Structured individual, group, and family counseling without overnight stays — with care coordination and telehealth options.

Offered · ASAM 2.1

Intensive Outpatient (IOP)

More frequent engagement for those stepping up from outpatient or stepping down from a higher level. Group counseling is central.

Offered

Assessment & evaluation

Comprehensive substance use assessments and court-referred evaluations that guide placement using the ASAM Criteria.

Coordinated referral

Withdrawal management (Detox)

When medically supervised withdrawal is needed, we help connect you to an appropriate detox partner.

Coordinated referral

PHP & residential

Partial hospitalization and residential (ASAM 3.x) care are arranged through trusted referral partners when clinically indicated.

Coordinated referral

Medically monitored inpatient

For the most acute needs (ASAM 3.7), we coordinate referral to a facility equipped for 24-hour medical monitoring.

Placement is guided by the ASAM Criteria (Fourth Edition) and Division criteria — based on clinical need, risk, and readiness.

Specialized programs

Focused support for specific needs

Drug court & justice-connected

A structured, restorative pathway

For clients referred by drug court or probation, we provide outpatient treatment built around accountability and restorative justice, using Motivational Interviewing and a dedicated court liaison to keep everyone aligned.

Assessments that guide the plan

Our evaluation services provide the biopsychosocial assessments and screenings that determine the right level of care — for self-referred clients, families, providers, and the courts.

  • ASAM-guided level-of-care determination.
  • Court-ordered and probation evaluations.
  • Clear recommendations and next steps.
Level-of-care guidance

Matched to your clinical needs

We use recognized clinical frameworks, including ASAM criteria, to help determine the least intensive, safe, and effective level of care for each person. Placement decisions are guided by clinical need, safety, and readiness — not a one-size-fits-all model.

  • Comprehensive intake assessment and screening.
  • Individualized treatment planning.
  • Ongoing review of progress and level of care.
  • Coordinated referrals when a higher or different level of care is needed.
