Common questions

Answers before your first call

Do you treat both mental health and substance use?

Yes. Many people don't struggle with just one thing, so we treat substance use and co-occurring mental health concerns together rather than in isolation.

Do you offer telehealth?

Yes. Secure telehealth is available for eligible services, so you can begin or continue care from a private, comfortable space.

What if I need detox or residential care?

We provide outpatient-level services and assessments. If your needs call for medically supervised withdrawal or residential care, we help coordinate a warm referral to the right partner.

Do I need insurance to begin?

No. Insurance is not required to start. We accept Aetna, CareSource, and Cigna/Evernorth, and offer self-pay and sliding-fee options for qualifying clients.
